Office of Employment and Training - Provides businesses with the
opportunity to list job openings locally and nationwide; screening and referral of
qualified applicants to businesses; use of facilities to screen applications and conduct
interviews; unemployment insurance services including setting up a UI tax account;
labor market information for industrial recruitment; EEO statistics for Affirmative
Action reporting; eligibility determinations for the Work Opportunity and
Welfare-to-Work Tax Credits; seminars and workshops on various subjects
important to business.

Office for the Blind - Provides analysis of employee's ability to continue to
perform current job tasks, information about assistive technology, Braille and speech
technology, and adjustment training to help an employee learn new ways to perform
his/her job. Offers training to help businesses understand visual disabilities and feel
comfortable working with a person with a visual disability. Provides information
regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other work and lifestyle
issues relating to vision loss.  The Department trains and refers individuals with visual
impairments for many different types of jobs.

Experience Works/Older Workers Programs - Offers direct employment
services connecting older workers age 55 and over with employers by filling their
workforce needs with workers who bring varied talents, integrity, common sense
and skills from years of experience. Also offers services for people of all ages who
do not meet the income guidelines.

Office of Vocational Rehabilitation - The department's rehabilitation
technology program has the ability and capability to identify and help implement
workplace modifications to enable business to allow its eligible worker to perform a
particular job. This includes an on-site job trainer and support services, job
restructuring/worksite adjustment, an accessibility survey of complete work site,
recruitment, reasonable accommodation support, sensitivity training, ADA
consultation and other related services. Tax deductions are available.
